Leading Healthy Teams is the Theme for Leadercast 2019

The theme of this year’s Leadercast event is “Leading Healthy Teams”.

When you see the word “healthy”, your first reaction may be to the medical condition of your team. While that’s obviously important, in this context, “healthy” refers to the focus, care and attention you must devote to your team so they can perform at the top of their game.

You’ve often heard me say, “There’s no substitute for a Great Team”, and building a healthy team is crucial to leading an organization to achieve superior performance.

Leading Healthy Teams” yields effective collaboration, fulfilled employees, high organizational engagement and greater long-term success.

In 2019, the Leadercast stage will highlight leaders who will focus on what it takes to ensure your team functions at its highest level, and will explain the power and importance of leading yourself first so you can lead others well.
